Are You Interested in Writing for EMS Wire?
EMS Wire is looking for writers to write articles, news stories, exclusives, and other content related to the EMS/Fire industry on a contract basis. Stories should be interesting, exciting or novel.
EMS Wire pays between $0.05-$0.30 per word, depending on the author’s level of experience, the degree of research and interest. Writers are expected to write articles which are 150 to 500 words in length. Articles over 500 words may be publshed with special exception.

Stories must NOT have been previously published. All stories are held until an agreement is made between us. We will not distribute or publish any stories without a written agreement or agreement to publish.
Please be sure to include the following items:
- Your story;
- Your resume;
- Your biography which will be attached to your story.
Recommended Experience
One of the following:
3 Years of Experience as an EMT, Advanced EMT, EMT Intermediate, RN, Physician, Physician’s Assistant or other provider familiar with EMS/Fire
Instructional Experience is Preferred but Not Required
